Terms of Service

Albion Codex provides calculators and tools for Albion Online players, including crafting profit, market data, build planning, Item Power, and progression tracking. It is offered free of charge and as-is.

You agree to use Albion Codex for its intended purpose and not to:

• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to break the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data in a way that abuses our providers or upstream data sources.
• Use the site to break the rules or Terms of Service of Albion Online or its publisher.
• Upload unlawful content or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

An account is optional and used only for saving and syncing your data. Sign-in is provided through Discord or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. You may stop using your account at any time and request deletion of its data (see the Privacy Policy).

We work hard to keep calculations faithful to in-game behavior, but Albion Codex is provided for planning and informational purposes only. Game mechanics, balance, and market prices change, and data sources can be incomplete or delayed. We do not guarantee that any profit estimate, Item Power value, price, or other output is accurate or up to date. Decisions you make in-game based on the tools are your own.

Builds and other content you create and choose to share remain associated with your account. By sharing a build publicly, you allow other users to view and import it within Albion Codex. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Albion Codex relies on third-party data and services, including the Albion Online Data Project (market prices), the Albion Online render service and a community asset mirror (item icons), the official Albion Online gameinfo API (player/killboard data), and Vercel and Supabase (hosting, database, and authentication). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.

Albion Codex is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sandbox Interactive GmbH. Albion Online, its game data, and related assets are the property of Sandbox Interactive GmbH. Item icons are used under CC-BY-SA. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Albion Codex is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including lost in-game silver, items, or time) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
